Thank you for shopping with Modstylez. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.modstylez.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Shipping availability will be confirmed based on the address entered at checkout.
2. Shipping Cost
We provide free standard shipping on all eligible United States orders.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. All prices and order amounts are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM Central Time (CT).
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
4. Estimated Transit Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is:
6–9 business days
Carrier Transit Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable carrier holidays.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is:
7–12 business days
This estimate consists of:
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping transit: 6–9 business days
Delivery estimates begin on the first business day after an order is placed, subject to the order cut-off time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking updates may require additional time to appear after the shipping label has been created.
7. Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at hello@modstylez.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@modstylez.com with your order number.
We will review the available tracking information and assist you in contacting the shipping carrier when appropriate.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us for further assistance.
